In collaboration with the Specialized Studies Center in Hawza and University of Kufa, The college held a symposium entitled “Social Media and its Effects on University Life” on Thursday 07/03/2019. The lecturer, Dr. Abd AlRasool Al-Ghufari, talked about the definition of social media term, advantages, disadvantages and the different ways to deal with them. He also introduced some rules and regulations related to extortion and hacking. The dean, a number of the teaching staff and students attended the symposium.
