The Department of Urban Planning at the Faculty of Urban Planning, and within its annual plan for the seminars, held a scientific forum dedicated to presenting the seminars of the teachers for the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023, on Wednesday, 9-11-2022, in the presence of the head of the department and a number of teachers.

As for the second presentation, it was presented by Ms. Sarah Abdel-Aali Rashid on (social harmony and its role in building a prosperous city). The presentation included introducing the concept of social harmony and the urban and economic benefits that it can achieve for the residents in particular without discrimination or preference for one group over another and the city in particular. General, as well as reviewing the objectives and types of harmony and its indicators in order to achieve an increase in the spatial value of the place within the city, in addition to a comprehensive clarification of the harmony in the architecture of ancient civilizations and the architecture of the Islamic religion, and the extent to which this harmony is able to determine the type and texture of architecture within the city, explaining the effective models for the experiences of countries in architecture. the cities.
